Sleep. We all want it, but are we getting enough? Studies show that healthy adults should get about 7-9 hours of sleep per night.

At any age, sleep is important. It powers and restores the body.

How much sleep you should get depends on YOU. Are you extremely active during the Do you have health issues? Does your job require you to drive long distances or operate heavy machinery?

The sleep time that you need will depend on these factors and other factors that you deal with on a daily basis.

There’s always two sides to each situation. Even if you are struggling with your career choice or job at the time, there has to be some reason why you chose to perform this line of work in the first place.

If you’re not happy or satisfied with what you’re doing now, change it. If can’t change it right away, try to dig down deep to remember or create some of the positive aspects about your current situation.

One suggestion is to simply get out a piece of paper and write all the things you like about your job or career.
