COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR

Join us to meet local health and wellness organizations in and around Trumbull County and take advantage of free health screenings.

Health screenings will include, but are not limited to, blood pressure, carbon monoxide, oxygen saturation, Body Mass Index (BMI), a diabetes survey, fall prevention assessment, flu vaccines, COVID vaccines, and more.

Live Well Trumbull is a countywide initiative designed to inspire, engage, and help residents reach their unique wellness goals.
