Fun with Food w/cassandra

Join Cassandra for a cooking class and learn to make something new! This week Cassandra will be teaching you to make upscale fettuccini. Ingredients below.


1/2 pound asparagus, ends trimmed (can use broccoli, cut into small, thin pieces)

1 small yellow onion, finely chopped

3 tablespoons butter

4 ounces prosciutto, cut into thin strips (can use bacon or ham)

1 cup heavy cream

1 (16-ounce) package fettuccini, cooked al dente

Salt to taste

1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
